The Juicy Crab’s first location and step as the company it has become today started with the opening of their first restaurant in Duluth, Georgia, 2015 on December 2nd. This location would be the first step on the path that has led The Juicy Crab to the 40+ locations it has today.
Similar to any franchise, it's individual locations need to pay close attention to local brand positioning. There are large amounts of competition in the restaurant space, and in recent years the competition surrounding the seafood boil niche is a fast-growing one. Customers can't seem to get enough. We partnered with The Juicy Crab at select locations to increase local awareness, improve OOH displays, and implement our volume based social media distribution model.
